About the Position

The Carrington Group of Companies is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in supporting and facilitating the new homes sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell new residential homes to potential customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for visitors to our show homes and spec homes
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and community sales goals
  • Attend regular sales meetings to stay informed, receive direction, and participate in continuous improvement of sales strategies and team mentorship
  • Ensure the sales center is operational and staffed during all designated hours
  • Engage with customers and participate in the sales and marketing process
  • Register all sales center visitors in our CRM system and manage customer opportunities
  • Demonstrate the unique selling propositions and advantages of Bedrock Homes Limited
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • One or more years of direct sales experience preferred, with a focus on new home sales
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on sales target achievement and customer satisfaction
  • Intermediate computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office
  • A valid class 5 driver's license and reliable transportation
