About the Role: The Manager, Employee Experience is a key position that focuses on designing and implementing people and culture solutions for the entire employee experience lifecycle at Saint Elizabeth Health Care. This involves utilizing inclusive and collaborative user experience principles and human-centered design thinking approaches to understand why employees join, stay, and leave the organization. As a professional, you must be familiar with Customer Experience methods and able to transfer your knowledge to the employee journey.

The Manager will lead people projects and initiatives to refine and evaluate employee experience programs, utilize data from employee listening to support leaders with action planning, and incorporate change management principles to identify and deliver early wins and long-term solutions. Additionally, the role requires building out various talent strategies and tools for all stages of the employee journey, creating techniques to deeply explore the employee voice, facilitating learning for the organization, and advising leaders and making recommendations based on data analysis.

About the Team: The Employee Experience (EX) Team is part of the Human Resources department and works collaboratively with all leaders and partners across Saint Elizabeth Health Care. We design strategic and proactive people initiatives to take excellent care of our employees so that they can continue to provide outstanding care to our healthcare clients across Canada.
