Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas
  • Deliver exceptional guest service, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues promptly
  • Stock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and upholding quality standards
