Job Title: Guest Environment Expert

We are seeking a skilled Guest Environment Expert to join our team at Delta Hotels. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our hotel, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas
  • Deliver exceptional guest service, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues promptly
  • Stock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience an asset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
