Inch Cape Offshore Limited is seeking a talented Commercial Director for Renewable Energy Projects to lead the commercial strategy and delivery of our 1080MW offshore wind farm project.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement the commercial strategy for the project, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives.
- Lead the tendering and contract award process, ensuring that commercial terms are favorable to the company.
- Manage the commercial administration of the project, including budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure that commercial risks are identified and mitigated.
- Minimum 10+ years' experience in commercial management, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
- Proven track record of delivering commercial benefits and driving cost savings.
- Strong experience of commercial tender negotiation and managing multiple contracts.
- Experience with negotiating and managing FIDIC forms of contract.
