Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure they are meeting our high standards.

Manage Inventory and Supplies

Estimate and order ingredients and supplies as needed to ensure we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.

Ensure Quality Control

Monitor and maintain quality control standards, ensuring that our food and service meet the highest standards.

Address Customer Concerns

Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or concerns, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Maintain Accurate Records

Keep accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.

Prepare and Submit Reports

Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role

Work Environment

Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

Physical Demands

Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
