About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Demand Generation to join our team at Rockwell Automation. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing global inbound lead generation and acquisition programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new logo customer acquisition and deliver on pipeline goals.
  • Lead a team of digital marketing experts and own lead generation funnel performance.
  • Partner with campaign, revenue, and product teams to shape inbound go-to-market motions.
  • Manage a multi-million-dollar demand generation budget and assess campaign ROI.
  • Develop and execute digital awareness campaigns, experimentation, and growth strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US or Canada.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years in demand generation, growth, or customer acquisition for global markets.
  • Hands-on knowledge of demand generation principles and practices.
  • Proven track record building TAM and SAM models.
  • 3+ years' experience in a people management role.
