Job Title: Planning Manager

At Polytainers, we are seeking a highly skilled Planning Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Operations Leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our planning functions, including demand planning, supply planning, and production scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop and execute planning processes that meet customer needs and achieve business objectives.
  • Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics to enhance forecasting accuracy and drive business growth.
  • Manage short, medium, and long-term capacity plans to determine inventory, sourcing, and intercompany strategy.
  • Establish inventory optimization strategies and monitor inventory levels to minimize carrying costs and ensure product availability.
  • Optimize production schedules to drive manufacturing efficiency and customer service.
  • Foster close relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive business results.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in planning, forecasting, scheduling, and/or S&OP in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office applications and MRP/ERP systems.
  • Proven track record of leading change and driving business results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
