About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Housekeeper to join our team at Devonshire House in Sudbury. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our residents' living spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the location is clean, pleasant, and safe for customers in their home environment or communal areas.
  • Use cleaning products effectively, following instructions and health and safety procedures at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to provide a high standard of care and support to our residents.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Customer service NVQ2 or equivalent experience.
  • Previous cleaning experience and knowledge is desirable.
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal and empathy skills and a friendly personality.
