About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Housekeeper to join our team at Anchor. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our residential care home, providing a warm and welcoming environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the care home, including communal areas and resident rooms.
  • Use cleaning products effectively and follow health and safety procedures at all times.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, their families, and visitors.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the highest standards of care and support.

Requirements

  • Customer service NVQ2 or equivalent experience.
  • Previous cleaning experience and knowledge of cleaning procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal and empathy skills.
