Job Summary:

Choe Management is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Sweep, mop, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting and upholstered furniture, and clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Housekeeping and Laundry: Make beds, change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, and stock linen closets.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items.
  • Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items.
  • Trash and Recycling: Pick up debris and empty trash containers.

Requirements:

  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Work Conditions: Ability to work independently, under pressure, and with tight deadlines.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding work requiring walking and lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs).

Language and Work Environment:

  • Language: English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
