About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at 9311-4759 Québec inc. as a key member of our site operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Preparation: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the site.
  • Formwork and Scaffolding: Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Material Handling: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt according to specifications.
  • Demolition Support: Assist in the safe and controlled demolition of buildings.
  • Material Management: Clean and pile salvaged materials for reuse or recycling.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all work is completed to the required standard and specifications.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding role requiring manual labour and heavy lifting.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in French.
  • Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week.
