About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at 9311-4759 Québec inc. as a key member of our site operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Material Application: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt according to specifications.
  • Demolition Support: Assist in demolishing buildings and structures as required.
  • Material Management: Clean and pile salvaged materials for reuse or recycling.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that top surface concrete is levelled according to grade and depth specifications.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding role requiring manual labour and ability to work at heights.
  • Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime as required.
  • Language: French language proficiency required.
