Job Title: Business Process Consultant
Job Summary: We are seeking a Business Process Consultant to support a 5-month contract with our public sector client. The successful candidate will have a Secret level of Security Clearance.
Job Details:
- Review, analyze, define, and document several disparate processes to establish a baseline for consistency, implement a repository for visibility, and improve integration of the contract security function.
- Document and define roles and responsibilities between the contract security function groups, and review and analyze existing security processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assess the utility of existing tools and data used in the security process, and recommend solutions.
- Benchmark current business processes against similar organizations to inform the analysis and assess potential areas for improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Map existing processes and develop new processes and recommended changes, including an assessment of potential impacts on the security function.
- Develop communication for internal/external stakeholders on upcoming changes to the contract security function.
- Provide advice on and assist in implementing new processes as required.
Requirements:
- Secret level of Security Clearance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
