Job Title: Business Process Consultant

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Business Process Consultant to support a 5-month contract with our public sector client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process improvement and security process analysis.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Business Process Consultant to document, update, assess, and recommend improvements to existing security processes for our client's financial systems. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze existing security processes to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Document and define roles and responsibilities between security function groups
  • Assess the utility of existing tools and data used in the security process to identify weaknesses or gaps and recommend solutions
  • Benchmark current business processes against similar organizations to inform the analysis and assess potential areas for improvement
  • Map existing processes and develop new processes and recommended changes, including an assessment of potential impacts on the security function
Requirements:
  • Secret level of Security Clearance
  • Strong background in business process improvement and security process analysis
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
