We are seeking a highly skilled Replenishment Analyst to join our team at Metro Inc. as part of our Supply Chain Modernization initiative.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and optimize the replenishment strategy for store fulfillment, ensuring healthy inventory levels and forecasts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Merchandising, Store Operations, and Logistics, to provide replenishment expertise and support.
- Act as the primary contact for Store Operations regarding inventory, ordering, and product flow.
- Use analytical skills to identify opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations to senior management.
- 1-3 years of analytical experience in a Grocery Retail Environment, with a focus on inventory management.
- University Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or Economics.
- Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel and/or SQL Server/Postgre SQL.
- Strong analytical skills, with an eye for spotting trends and areas for improvement.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with a strong customer focus and business acumen.
- Bilingual in French and English is a must.
- SAP knowledge and Python programming skills are assets.
