Job Summary

The Sr. Analyst, Supply Chain Performance is a key contributor to overall supply chain efficiencies for activities pertaining to the Procurement Operations Department. This role is responsible for supplier and inbound performance, acting as the focal point for various stakeholders to enable collaboration and foster continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to supplier requests in Salesforce, ensuring issues are resolved or escalated as needed.
  • Collaborate with DC Operations and Procurement to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Evaluate supplier performance regularly, providing feedback to suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings to share business data and drive process improvements.
  • Address strategic and recurring issues with Strategic Sourcing and Procurement Operations.
  • Manage the SCAR process, preparing performance scorecards and analyzing trends affecting key metrics.
  • Present aggregated insights and analytics to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Conduct research to benchmark supply chain performance and develop improvements.
  • Monitor revenue and financial performance of supply chain programs, ensuring budget adherence.
  • Lead and support cross-functional supply chain performance projects.
  • Implement standards, tools, and metrics for supplier delivery performance and compliance.
  • Maintain and update the supplier contact database.
  • Contribute to Supply Chain Guidelines by identifying market insights and managing future revisions.

General Responsibilities:

  • Flag risks, issues, and propose mitigation plans.
  • Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of operating procedures, work instructions, and process maps.
  • Play the role of a facilitator across various functions internally and externally.
  • Maintain relevant business knowledge of product categories and stay abreast of market and industry trends and conditions.
  • Provide training and mentorship for members of the team.
  • Act as a McKesson ambassador of corporate values.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years in planning, inventory management, procurement, and procurement analytics.
  • Experience in Retail/Wholesale/Life Sciences is a plus.
  • Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Operations Management, or equivalent.
  • MBA, MSc, CPIM, SCMP, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and PMP are advantageous.
  • Innovative problem solver with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates business acumen, leadership, and excellent communication skills.
  • Bilingual (written and spoken).
  • Proficient in ERP and replenishment systems.
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access, Project, Visio).
  • Knowledgeable in supply chain performance management processes.

This role will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States. Therefore, proficiency in spoken and written English is required.

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$82,400 - $137,400
