Key Responsibilities
1. Manage Windmill's loan portfolio, ensuring timely repayment and reducing delinquency.
2. Provide professional guidance and support to clients throughout the loan lifecycle, focusing on empathy and understanding.
3. Analyze data to optimize loan portfolio performance and enhance client satisfaction.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve client concerns effectively.

Requirements
* 2-3 years of experience in loan management, collections, or financial customer service
* Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and CRM software
* Knowledge of Fresh Sales and Turnkey considered an asset

Our Benefits Package
* Competitive salary range: $55,000-$60,000 annually
* Hybrid work solution with a minimum of 2 days in office and up to 3 days from home
