Requirements
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Post-secondary education in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications, such as PMP or P.Eng, are considered an asset.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, laws, and regulations.
  • Ability to read, understand, and interpret construction plans and specifications.
  • Results-driven and solutions-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency and drive to succeed.
