Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team in maintaining the highest standards of food and workplace safety.
The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience in the hospitality industry, preferably with a strong background in kitchen operations and staff management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient preparation and service of our award-winning Tex-Mex dishes
- Lead the culinary team in maintaining the overall cleanliness of the kitchen and adhering to health and safety regulations
- Provide coaching and training to line cooks and prep staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with other managers to manage profit and loss statements and drive business growth
Requirements:
- Previous supervisory experience in the hospitality industry
- Standard First Aid and Food Handlers certificate preferred
- Ability to lift items up to 30lbs and remain physically active throughout shifts
