As an Outside Sales Specialist - Data Communications, you will be responsible for developing and growing our customer base, expanding our product offerings, and promoting our competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to increase sales productivity and expand our customer base.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Expand our product offerings by identifying new opportunities and developing relationships with key customers.
  • Promote our competitive advantage and position our company as a leader in the datacom industry.
  • Participate in marketing support programs, such as trade shows and joint calls, to promote our products and services.
  • Support our CRM process and engage with customers and suppliers to drive growth and expansion.
Requirements
  • University or College Degree preferred, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Minimum of three to five years of experience in the datacom, premise wiring, or IT industries.
  • Excellent sales and closing abilities, including extensive knowledge of the datacom industry.
  • Demonstrable experience and past success developing and executing strategic plans and increasing sales productivity through sales enablement initiatives.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong presentation skills.
  • Excellent abilities in areas of interpersonal relations, judgment, creative thinking, and prioritization.
  • Highly proficient in using Microsoft Applications.
