Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase sales productivity and expand our customer base.
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Expand our product offerings by identifying new opportunities and developing relationships with key customers.
- Promote our competitive advantage and position our company as a leader in the datacom industry.
- Participate in marketing support programs, such as trade shows and joint calls, to promote our products and services.
- Support our CRM process and engage with customers and suppliers to drive growth and expansion.
- University or College Degree preferred, or equivalent education and experience.
- Minimum of three to five years of experience in the datacom, premise wiring, or IT industries.
- Excellent sales and closing abilities, including extensive knowledge of the datacom industry.
- Demonstrable experience and past success developing and executing strategic plans and increasing sales productivity through sales enablement initiatives.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong presentation skills.
- Excellent abilities in areas of interpersonal relations, judgment, creative thinking, and prioritization.
- Highly proficient in using Microsoft Applications.
