As a Shunter - Local Delivery Position at Frito Lay Canada, you will play a vital role in supporting warehouse efficiencies by prioritizing trailer moves. This position requires a valid Class 1 Driver's License and good communication skills. You will interact with vendors, common carriers, and drivers to provide yard information and maintain a safe working environment. If you are able to work independently with minimal supervision and have a positive attitude, this could be the ideal role for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritize trailer moves to support warehouse efficiency.
  • Complete yard checks to verify trailer contents.
  • Maintain cardboard check sheets on a daily basis.
  • Interact with vendors, common carriers, and drivers to provide yard information.
  • Regular and reliable attendance.
  • Complete Quality/Food Safety training and adhere to Food Safety Pre-Requisite Programs.

Requirements
  • Valid Class 1 Driver's License.
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
