Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to lead our projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing construction sites, ensuring timely and within-budget project delivery.

About the Role

As a Construction Site Manager with Bird Construction Group, you will be responsible for:

  • Planning and organizing daily site operations, including labor allocation and resource management;
  • Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution;
  • Preparing and submitting accurate budget estimates, monitoring expenses, and reporting on project progress;
  • Supervising and evaluating the performance of site personnel, providing coaching and development opportunities as needed;
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in construction site management or a related field;
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team;
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to negotiate with stakeholders and resolve conflicts effectively;
  • A strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques;
  • A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle (for business use only);
