Job Summary

The Bellstand Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional guest service by greeting and escorting guests to their rooms, opening doors, and assisting with luggage. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and escort guests to their rooms
  • Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving the property
  • Inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation
  • Identify and explain room features to guests
  • Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell area
  • Assist with luggage storage and retrieval
  • Assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles
  • Supply guests with directions
  • Arrange transportation for guests/visitors

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • No related work experience required
  • No supervisory experience required
  • No license or certification required
