Key Responsibilities
  1. Procurement and Logistics Planning: Develop and implement effective procurement and logistics strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
  2. Budget and Expenditure Control: Plan and control budget and expenditures to optimize resource allocation and minimize waste.
  3. Operations Management: Plan and organize daily operations to ensure seamless execution of supply chain activities.
  4. Contract Management: Review purchase order claims and contracts to determine compliance with company policy and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  5. Team Leadership: Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff to ensure high levels of productivity and job satisfaction.
  6. Purchasing Policy Development: Plan, develop, and implement purchasing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
  7. Quality Control: Oversee the evaluation of the cost and quality of goods or services to ensure optimal value for the company.
  8. Contract Authorization: Authorize the development of specifications for products or services to ensure alignment with company requirements.
  9. Claims Processing: Review and process claims against suppliers to ensure timely resolution of issues.
