- Coordinate daily operations to meet business objectives.
- Review purchase order claims and contracts to ensure compliance with company policy.
- Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff to achieve team goals.
- Develop and implement purchasing policies and procedures to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Oversee the evaluation of the cost and quality of goods or services to ensure value for money.
- Authorize the development of specifications for products or services to meet business needs.
- Manage contracts to ensure timely delivery and quality of goods or services.
- Review and process claims against suppliers to ensure fair and timely resolution.
- College/CEGEP education.
- 1-2 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.
- Dependability, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
