The Arts & Science Undergraduate Society is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of ASUS Wellness External Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning and Coordination: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing Wellness-related events and campaigns throughout the year, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for events and initiatives, leveraging various channels to reach a wider audience.
  • Partnerships and Collaborations: Work closely with the Outreach Coordinator to identify and pursue opportunities for event and campaign collaborations, fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Event Supervision: Be present to supervise and run all Wellness events, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for attendees.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Maintain strong communication within the team, providing regular updates and ensuring a cohesive approach to event planning and execution.
  • Team Meetings: Attend weekly team meetings to stay informed, provide input, and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
