Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Panago #78. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of our restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and front-of-house areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food production.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service and that their needs are met.
- Food Quality and Safety: Maintain high standards of food quality and safety, ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to a high standard.
- Inventory and Stock Control: Manage inventory and stock levels to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, excellent customer service skills, ability to work under pressure, and ability to multitask.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and repetitive tasks.
- Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
- Personal Qualities: Accurate, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player.
