Job Title: Bartender

CMH Heli-Skiing & Summer Adventures is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team for the winter season. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of beverages to our guests in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve cocktails, beers, and other beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage inventory and maintain a clean and organized bar area.
  • Collaborate with the Lodge Chef to create wine pairings and enhance the guest experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Valid Serving It Right Certificate.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of wines, beers, and liquors.
  • Minimum of 3 years of bartending experience.
  • Experience with ordering and inventory management.
  • Background in luxury hospitality or fine dining, preferred.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive daily rate of $235-$243, plus 4% vacation pay.
  • Food and accommodation provided while on work shifts.
  • Medical and dental benefit eligibility after 160 days worked.
