About the Role

The Courtyard by Marriott Kingston is seeking a friendly and professional Guest Service Agent to join our team. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Registering guests, issuing room keys, and providing information on hotel services and room location.
  • Accurately processing all cash and credit card transactions per established procedures.
  • Responding appropriately to guest requests and promoting hotel services, facilities, and outlets.
  • Maintaining sanitation and cleanliness standards in the kitchen area.
  • Promoting teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with others.

Requirements

  • Basic reading, writing, and math abilities.
  • High School diploma or equivalent, plus one-year front desk/guest service experience.
  • Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
