    • Provide guidance and support to employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Operational Planning and Control
    • Develop and implement operational plans to achieve business objectives
    • Monitor and control operational activities to ensure they are aligned with business goals
  • Quality and Productivity
    • Ensure that all operational activities are conducted in accordance with quality and productivity standards
    • Identify and implement opportunities to improve quality and productivity
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure that all operational activities are conducted in a safe and healthy manner
    • Identify and implement opportunities to improve health and safety
  • Reporting and Communication
    • Prepare and submit regular reports to management on operational activities and performance
    • Communicate effectively with employees, management, and other stakeholders to ensure that operational goals and objectives are understood and achieved
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Proven experience as a supervisor or manager in a similar industry
  • Skills and Knowledge
    • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
    • Knowledge of commercial trucks and forklifts
  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
