Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, with experience in demand planning, inventory management, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement demand forecasting models to predict customer demand.
  • Manage product supply activities, including new product introductions, discontinuations, and transfers.
  • Ensure accurate inventory levels and allocation to meet customer demands.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain performance.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of progressively responsible experience in supply chain management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in demand planning, inventory management, and process improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • ASCM certification.
  • Solid knowledge of SAP SD/MM and automated forecasting applications.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
