The Role

As a Development Director, you'll be responsible for managing a variety of disciplines, including artists, designers, software engineers, QA, and production staff. You'll work closely with producers to ensure projects are delivered on time, to quality, and within budget.

  • Build strong relationships with your team and external partners.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to employees across departments.
  • Communicate effectively with the project team and coordinate dependencies.
  • Participate in the hiring process to ensure candidates meet project requirements.
  • Establish project goals and assign tasks to team resources.
  • Proactively mitigate risk and ensure project deliverables are met.

Your Qualifications

  1. Minimum 8 years of project management or team leadership experience, with 4+ years of management experience in a dynamic team environment.
  2. University degree or equivalent professional experience.
  3. Experience with project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile.
