Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Dairy Queen. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and improve daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Monitor and coach staff performance to meet high standards
  • Plan and organize daily tasks and schedules to meet business needs
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed
  • Conduct regular performance reviews to identify areas for improvement
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure adequate stock levels
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Balance cash and record sales to ensure accurate financial reporting
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Reliability and dependability
Work Environment

This role is based in an urban area with public transportation available. The work environment is fast-paced, and you will be required to stand for extended periods.
