About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Technician to join our team at ProStyle Cleaning. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our buildings and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient operation of heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of our facilities.
  • Conduct minor repairs on appliances and equipment.
  • Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair.
  • Work with minimal supervision to ensure the timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies to ensure that all necessary materials are available.
  • Ensure that systems and equipment are operating efficiently and that proper maintenance and repairs are performed.
Work Environment

This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to bend, crouch, and kneel regularly.

Requirements
  • Dependability and reliability are essential for this role.
  • Ability to work on the road and travel to different locations as needed.
  • Permanent full-time position with 40 hours per week.
  • Work language: English.
