Job Summary: We are seeking a Front Desk Manager to join our team at Bon Air Motel. As a key holder, you will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, including room assignments, guest services, and cash handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, including room assignments, check-ins, and check-outs. Provide exceptional customer service to guests.
- Cash Handling: Handle cash and credit transactions, including processing payments and balancing the cash drawer.
- Guest Services: Provide information on hotel facilities and services, including room amenities and local attractions.
Requirements:
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Work Setting: Urban area, hotel, motel, resort.
- Tasks: Take, cancel, and change room reservations, register arriving guests and assign rooms, provide information on hotel facilities and services, process group arrivals and departures, process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments.
Security and Safety: Bondable.
Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail.
Experience: Will train.
