Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable individual to join our team as a Window Installation Supervisor at Blackline Aluminum Systems. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of windows and other products, ensuring timely completion of projects, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure timely completion of projects, including window installations and other related tasks.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and lead a team of workers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Resource Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support project requirements.
  • Cost Estimation: Estimate costs and materials required for projects, ensuring accurate budgeting and financial management.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees and stakeholders.
  • Reporting: Prepare production and other reports as required, providing accurate and timely information to support business decision-making.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
