About the Role

">

The Enterprise Solutions Architect Leader will be responsible for creating and implementing technology solutions that meet the specific business needs of our clients. This includes working closely with clients to understand their requirements, developing detailed plans and strategies for implementation, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

">

The ideal candidate will have experience in consultative sales and sales management, with a strong track record of designing and implementing successful technology solutions. Key responsibilities include:

  • ">
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of SAP solutions, competitors, and industry trends.">
  • Identifying potential risks and issues and developing plans to mitigate them in the proposal.">
  • Stakeholder Management (and powermapping), create relationships with potential customers.">
  • Develop and implement sales strategies on pending opportunities and mature the pipeline.">
  • Working with external and internal stakeholders to ensure that the solution meets their needs and is aligned with the organization's goals.">
  • Confident in presenting the use case and showcasing from TOM to solution together with the solution architects.">
  • Experience in C-level advisory and communications.">

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

">
  • ">
  • Completed Bachelor/Master's degree studies.">
  • 5+ years of consultative selling experience in the technology enablement / solutions area S/4, EWM/TM, SRM/Ariba and BTP.">
  • A proactive communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.">
  • Proficient in English language and Dutch oriented and/or willing to learn fast.">
  • Knowledge of digital trends and next generation technology of SAP capabilities: S/4, EWM/TM, SRM/Ariba and BTP.">

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of €120,000 per year, a bonus, a fixed expense allowance, and a working from home allowance. Additionally, we provide 30 vacation days (on a full-time basis) and the option to buy more days or sell your vacation days. Other benefits include reimbursement of travel expenses, a laptop and iPhone, pension accrual without a compulsory personal contribution, and access to different courses contributing to your own personal and professional development.
