Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Enterprise Solutions Architect to join our team at Maarut Inc. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in business architecture and solutions design to drive innovation and growth.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing business architectures that align with the company's strategic objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, design and implement solutions, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

About the Role

  • Develop and maintain enterprise-wide business architecture frameworks, including business capabilities, processes, and information systems
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs
  • Design and implement business architecture solutions using industry-leading tools and methodologies
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT managers, and vendors
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and advise on their potential impact on business operations

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in business architecture and solutions design, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects
  • Strong understanding of business processes, systems, and technology, including cloud-based solutions and data analytics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholder groups
  • Proven ability to analyze complex business problems and develop innovative solutions
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously

What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $125,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
