About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Newmarket Meat Packers Limited. As a key member of our wholesale meat sales team, you will be responsible for preparing and processing meat products for sale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare meats for processing or cutting
  • Cut and trim standard cuts of meat
  • Wrap and package prepared meats
  • Remove bones from meat
  • Weigh meats for sale
  • Operate equipment such as band saws, manual cutting utensils, and power grinders
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week
