About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Services Manager to join our team at Dairy Queen. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food services department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate Daily Operations: Monitor and assess the efficiency of our food services operations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor Staff Performance: Supervise and evaluate the performance of our food services staff to ensure they are meeting our high standards.
  • Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement plans to ensure the smooth operation of our food services department.
  • Recruit and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop our food services staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Negotiate with Suppliers: Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices for food and other supplies.
  • Manage Inventory: Oversee the management of our inventory to ensure we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Supervision: 3-4 people
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week
