Cleaning Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at KV CONSULTANT. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety are maintained.
Key Responsibilities- Hire, train, and manage a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
- Recommend and arrange for additional services as required, such as painting, repairs, and maintenance.
- Manage financial records and ensure accurate payment for cleaning services.
- Assist cleaning staff in performing their duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Establish and maintain work schedules to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Reliability and flexibility.
This is a permanent position with 37.5 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
