Cleaning Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at KV CONSULTANT. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety are maintained.
Key Responsibilities- Hire, train, and supervise cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Coordinate and oversee the daily cleaning activities, ensuring that all areas of the facility are cleaned to a high standard.
- Inspect sites or facilities to identify any areas that require additional cleaning or maintenance.
- Recommend and arrange for additional services such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment as needed.
- Manage financial records and ensure that all payments are made in a timely manner.
- Assist cleaners in performing their duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all cleaning staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Reliability and flexibility.
This is a permanent position with a 37.5 hour workweek. The work environment is fast-paced and requires the ability to work under pressure. The successful candidate will be required to work in a variety of settings, including offices, schools, and other facilities.
