About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Telemarketing Supervisor to join our team at Instachew. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading and guiding our telemarketing efforts to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue, including identifying new sales opportunities and managing existing customer relationships.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to ensure they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory levels, including ordering and stocking merchandise to meet customer demand.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth and revenue.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills
