Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Telemarketing Supervisor to join our team at SIMPLEX HR INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of telemarketers, establishing work schedules, and resolving customer issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff

The Telemarketing Supervisor will be responsible for hiring and training new staff members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

Establish Work Schedules

The Supervisor will establish work schedules for the telemarketing team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Resolve Customer Issues

The Telemarketing Supervisor will be responsible for resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Organize and Maintain Inventory

The Supervisor will be responsible for organizing and maintaining inventory, ensuring that all necessary materials are available for the telemarketing team.

Supervise and Coordinate Activities

The Telemarketing Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the activities of the telemarketing team, ensuring that tasks are completed to a high standard.

Work Term: Permanent

The Telemarketing Supervisor will work on a permanent basis, with a regular 32-hour workweek.

Work Language: English
