P Gat Trucking Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office staff, including data entry, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Operations: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including payroll administration, conflict resolution, and supervision of office support staff.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, customers, and vendors.
  • Planning and Coordination: Plan and coordinate office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence to support business decision-making.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, and excellent written communication skills.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent written communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, ability to multitask, and time management skills.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Office environment.
  • Work Schedule: 35 hours per week.
  • Language of Work: English.
