About the Role

This role requires a skilled sales professional to build strong and lasting business relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for identifying, selling and cross-selling opportunities, and measuring client satisfaction. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Your passion for markets and commitment to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction will be essential in driving our company's growth and success.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with the Regional Vice-President & Regional Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and market share of our products.
  • Provide expert support to dealers and brokers on market and fund performance, management strategies, and industry trends.
  • Assist the Regional VP Sales and Regional Sales Manager in providing clients and prospective clients with product information and materials as required.
  • Attend company visits, client seminars, branch presentations, road shows, conferences, and industry events to promote our products and services.
  • Conduct regional market research to identify emerging needs and new sales opportunities.
  • Monitor sales activity within the territory to identify trends and provide suggestions to clients to retain assets.
  • Develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships for sales optimization.
  • Support the building of sales and client relationships through booking client meetings for the Regional Vice-President Sales and District Vice-President.
  • Utilize provided sales tools including technology (CRM, Leads Module) to achieve required business results.
  • Stay current with market changes and communicate advantages in competitive situations.
  • Maintain up-to-date client information in the CRM database.
  • Evaluate compliance and governance procedures adherence regarding expense management and other regulated aspects of the job.
  • Provide effective product and sales support to cultivate relationships and drive sales.
  • Participate in and/or lead client visits as required and approved by the Retail Vice-President Sales and District Vice-President.
