Nabors Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced NDS Operations Supervisor to join our team at Nabors Drilling Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all Smart products in Canada, providing training to customers, and mentoring direct reports in drilling dynamics and analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Manage group operations to ensure adequate field coverage and coordinate activities for service trials and startups.
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and opportunities for Performance Product technologies.
- Provide technical mentoring to engineers and define analysis, reporting, and presentation standards.
- Engage with customers in well planning and drilling performance discussions to highlight opportunities and identify challenges.
- Track and report active job and trial activity, and work with all required functions to ensure adequate staffing and resources.
- 10 years of experience with drilling rig operations and 2 years of automated drilling experience.
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and effective verbal and written communication.
- Leadership ability to inspire and motivate a team, problem-solving skills, and ability to analyze complex situations.
- Knowledge of safety protocols, environmental regulations, and industry standards.
