Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the creation and organization of marketing materials, including PowerPoint presentations, marketing materials, mailers, and newsletters.
  • Manage the team's social media presence, ensuring compliance with RBC's guidelines.
  • Develop and implement a weekly marketing plan, outlining scheduled activities and a monthly marketing calendar.
  • Provide administrative support during the onboarding process for new accounts and updates to existing accounts.
Requirements:
  • Substantial working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Futures and Options Licensing or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box.
