Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide essential nursing care to patients in North Cowichan, Canada.
About the Role:As an LPN with beBee Professionals, you will be responsible for performing nursing assessments, providing direct patient care, and assisting in developing patient care plans.
You will also administer medications, monitor patients' responses, and educate patients and families about health management. Additionally, you will maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Requirements:- Valid LPN license in Canada
- Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program
- Experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is an asset
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
